        Odisha Public Service Commission - OPSC is a Odisha state public service commission that makes a recruitment for the various posts under the odisha state government. It was formed after the bifurcation of state of bihar. It was formed on 1st April 1949. It is an state agency that is authorized for conducting the examinations for the entry level appointments for various posts created in service commission.

Exam Eligibility:

  • A candidate should be a citizen of India.
  • A candidate should be able to read, speak, write Odia.
  • Minimum 21 years for all categories of candidate.
  • Maximum 32 years for general category of candidate.
  • Reserved categories candidates such as SC/ST/BC/Women have maximum 37 years.
  • DOB mentioned in High School will be considered only.
  • A candidate must have passed 10th or 12th as Odia as one of the main Subjects.
  • Candidates of general category have 4 Attempts.
  • Candidates belonging to Socially and Educationally Backward Classes have 7 Attempts.
  • There is Attempts limits for Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD.
