Article 315 - 323

        Public Service Commission of India comes under Article 315 to 323 of Part XIV of Constitution Of India. It is a body that was created at Central as well as State level to manage the Public Service Commissions. At centre Union Public Service Commission UPSC works for All India Services and various other Group Services at state or centre. It was formed on 1st October 1926 as Public Service Commission and later it was reconstituted to Federal Public Service Commission by the Government of India Act 1935.
